Sheet masks are now a vital part of my skincare routine. Having a hectic life and busy schedule I have no time to go to a salon for a clean-up. I wanted something which can immediately moisturize my skin and give me hydrated, soft, and glowing skin while I am involved in my work. Then I heard about sheet masks and I had to give them a shot. I often use sheet masks and they do not stop me from doing my work. Whether cooking, reading, making assignments, or any work I can easily apply them. Then they do the magic without keeping me away from my work.

Within no time I got obsessed with sheet masks. And in the time of pandemic when all salons were closed and we had to maintain social distance, they were the only nutrition which my skin was getting. What are sheet masks?

Sheet masks are face-shaped cloth dipped in serum and healthy ingredients required by our skin. They are made up of cotton or cellulose. They have holes for the eyes, nose, and lips which makes them easy to place on the face without any difficulty.

When to use sheet masks?

Sheet masks can be applied any day and any time. I use sheet masks once a week. But there are days when my skin feels super dull and dry so that day even I prefer using sheet masks. It gives instant hydration to my skin.

How to use sheet masks?

These sheet masks are magical but you need to keep few points in mind before using a sheet mask. I am mentioning few steps which you need to follow to get its best result.

Step1: First make sure that you have no makeup on your face. Remove all the make-up and dirt from your face. For this, you can use a make-up remover, face shop, or any DIY.

Step 2: After you have cleaned your face apply toner on your face. Toner helps to minimize the pores on your face.

Step 3: The third step is the application of your sheet masks. After applying the sheet mask leave the mask for good 10-15 seconds.

Step 4: After 15 minutes remove the sheet mask and squeeze the remaining serum from your sheet mask and using the squeezed serum massage your face and you can even use it to massage your arms or body.
