Helps to lose weight

Increased weight and fat is something we all are concerned about. We all want to be healthy and fit but do not have time to do the stuff required. If you are someone like me who has a busy schedule and cannot take out time for yourself then you can consume this one thing. It will definitely not going to do the magic in one go and lose all your excess weight but it will definitely contribute to give you a noticeable change. It increases the feeling of fullness and helps you to eat fewer calories than you do on a regular basis. The acidic acid present in it suppresses your appetite which will surely lead to weight loss.

How To Use:

Every morning take 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in one glass of lukewarm water.
You can even mix it in your meals by adding it to your salad or sauces.

Helps to get rid of dandruff

Its antibacterial properties act as a skin barrier and help to prevent skin infections. Here I would like to suggest that before using it on your skin do a patch test. It helps to reduce acne and dark spots. It will make your skin glow leaving it super soft.

How To Use:

Take an empty spray bottle. Fill half of the bottle with apple cider vinegar and half of it with water. Mix it well and use it as a toner.
You can even mix it with your cleanser or toner.

Whiten teeth

It improves insulin function during a high carb meal and significantly lowers blood sugar. Still, I would like to suggest that diabetic patients should always consult a doctor before consuming it.

Fights Body Odor

If you suffer from problems related to odor like smelly feet and armpit then you must try using apple cider vinegar. It helps in maintaining the pH level and fights bacteria that cause odor. Although you will notice a slight smell of apple cider vinegar but don’t worry it vanishes as the solution dries up. It is always better to do a patch test in a smaller area to avoid any allergic reaction.

Mix equal portions of apple cider vinegar and water in a spray bottle and spray it on the areas required.
A cotton ball or wipe can also be dipped into the solution and applied to the bottom of the feet or the armpit.

There are few side effects of apple cider vinegar which you must know before using it

  1. Consuming it directly can damage the tooth enamel. It is better to dilute it in water and then consume it. After consumption always rinses your mouth with water.
  2. Daily consumption can also cause indigestion, bloating, and nausea.
  3. Pregnant ladies should consume it after consulting their doctor.
  4. If you are on medication then consult your doctor before using it.
  5. Always do a patch test in a smaller area before using it on your body and hair to avoid any allergic reaction.
